- A cocktail developed to prevent skin dryness and volume loss.
- Acetyl hexapeptide-37 enhances aquaporin 3 (AQP3) expression, improving water flow from the basal layer of the epidermis to the stratum corneum.
- Acetyl hexapeptide-37 can increase skin hydration by 131%.
- It is combined with hyaluronic acid, sodium lactate and lactic acid for their water-binding properties; lactic acid promotes skin renewal to reduce transepidermal water loss.
